Alanna Campell

Instructor/
Studio Manager

Alanna was first introduced to Pilates through her college dance program in 2014 and it was love at first "100." During college, she completed her 450 hour classical comprehensive Pilates training through Drexel Pilates in 2016, fully certified in Beginner-Advanced Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and Tower. She has experience teaching in both New York City and Philadelphia at an array of studios from luxury gyms like Equinox to boutique studios with clients ranging from professional athletes to mature bodies in their eighties.

When she is not teaching Pilates, Alanna is a professional dancer and her teaching method seeks to blend her performance background with a passionate interest in kinesiology and proper biomechanics. She believes Pilates is for every body and caters her classes to the practitioners to help them achieve their individual fitness goals. Her classes are an upbeat approach to movement with more efficiency, strength, mobility and embodiment on stage, on a field, at a desk, or in everyday life!
